The hotel staff was amazing. They offered me a pick-up service from the airport and were very friendly and cooperative during my stay. The breakfast was exceptional, served hot, and delicious. The hotel was very clean and had a wheelchair accessible elevator.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at this hotel! Exceptional service from the manager, Mikru - truly impressive. From airport pick-up to arranging a boat trip and even someone to bring us to the airport, he went above and beyond. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of tasty options. The rooms were clean and the mattress comfortable. The hotel is also wheelchair accessible with an elevator. Bravo!

The hotel is located close to Lake Tana, offering a beautiful view from the top floor/bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable with firm mattresses. The hotel staff provides a quality of service that Canadian and European hotels could learn from, with exceptional breakfast and wheelchair accessibility. The manager goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, organizing boat trips and airport transfers.
The hotel's wifi is poor.

The staff were excellent - polite, punctual, and available. The tour guide, Mr. Mikru, was a great promoter and coordinator. The owner of the hotel was also very attentive to guest happiness. The location was great - in the middle of the city, with everything within walking distance.
Nothing that I didn't like.

During our city trip, we found the hotel to be nicely located near the top attractions, restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the free shuttle service provided and the spacious, clean and comfortable room. the breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options that satisfied our cravings for local and international cuisine.
the Wi-Fi was unreliable and the shower lacked proper curtains resulting in the risk of slipping and falling. Despite the friendly staff, we feel that the hotel could work on improving their communication and attention to detail to ensure a more pleasant and stress-free stay for their guests.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially our tour guide, were exceptional. They were polite, punctual, and always available to assist us. The hotel owner also showed great concern for our happiness. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking and transportation services provided were convenient. The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us to easily explore this city. The breakfast served was delicious and served in a clean environment. the staff at this hotel made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Exceptional service, from airport pickup to organizing activities, with a smile. Delicious and hygienic breakfast. Clean rooms with firm mattresses. Tour guide Mr Mikru G/Kristos was polite, punctual, and helpful. Owner showed genuine concern for guest satisfaction.
